
Our Wrangler Training Program is a 4.5-day immersive, hands-on experience where you don’t just ride — you work, learn, and grow alongside a professional ranch team.
Led by Elana Von Doeler, Mary and Maria, the program combines clear instruction, practical application, and thoughtful feedback to support real, lasting learning in a working ranch environment.

This program is specially designed for teens ready to advance their riding and develop leadership in the equine industry. Riders take part in specialized lessons—barrel racing, cattle work, and jumping—while building strong horsemanship, teamwork, and hands on skills. Find the detailed PDF below.

Experience: Strong Novice to Advanced (must have full control in trot and be comfortable handling horses alone)
