Learn the dynamics of moving and sorting cattle from horseback in a safe, controlled environment.
Novice riders will work in a smaller setting with up to 3 riders at a time, giving you plenty of space to learn and build confidence.
More advanced riders may have the opportunity to sort cattle in a larger area, depending on experience and conditions.

Step into a true western experience.
Start with learning the real foundations of roping. Then, help gather cattle from the pasture to the pens—on foot for novice riders, or on horseback for more advanced riders.
From there, enjoy cattle sorting from horseback while learning how to move livestock using body language and positioning.
Finish with a fun mock up branding, gaining insight into cattle handling and ranch work along the way.
• We ride in all weather. In the event of a thunderstorm, rides will be postponed or begin with an indoor activity.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot, date, and time. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Waivers are required for all riders. Participants under 18 must have their waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian (waiver form available below).
• Helmets and boots are available complimentary at the ranch. Helmets are mandatory.
• Please dress in long pants, a boot with a small heel (if possible), and a comfortable shirt. It’s always a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.
• Please arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and preparation. We also recommend allowing an additional 30 minutes after your scheduled ride time, as rides often run a little longer than planned.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time depending on availability.
• For the safety and comfort of our horses, the rider weight limit is 265 lbs and 245 lbs for rider 2.5 hours or longer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

All riders require a waiver before riding at the ranch. Those under 18 years old will need their legal guardian to sign the waiver. Please print and bring this form with you if your legal guardian will not be at the ranch.
