Join us for a day, or a week, of Ranch Camp!
2026 Camp dates are now set
Campers learn much more than riding. Our program is hands-on with horses, the outdoors, and everyday ranch life. We focus on teaching proper care of animals, correct handling & teamwork.
Riders can expect to be in the saddle at least once a day, and often twice. Groups will be split based off experience and age so everyone can continue to develop their skills & reach their goals. Camps are for all levels, including beginners.
We ride in all weather, it's important to dress and pack appropriately.

2026 Camps
March Break Camp
Dates: March, 17th-19th, 2026
Time: 9:30am- 3:30pm
Ages: 6- 16
Meals: Not included, please pack a lunch.
Summary: This three day camp includes winter riding, horsemanship, ranch activities & more.
Campers can ride English or Western. Be sure to dress very warm as we are outdoors most of the day.
Cost: $325 + HST
July Horse Camp
Dates: July 20th- 24th, 2026
Time: 9:30am- 4:00pm
Ages: 6- 16
Meals: Not included, please pack a lunch.
Summary: This camp is packed with riding, horsemanship, ranch activities, daily chores & learning.
Campers can ride English or Western and will be grouped by age experience level. We will finish the week off with a show at 3pm on Friday.
Cost: $525 + HST
August Horse Camp
Dates: Aug. 10th-14th, 2026
Time: 9:30am- 4:00pm
Ages: 6+ will be grouped by age
Meals: Not included, please pack a lunch!
Summary: This camp is packed with Riding, Horsemanship, Ranch Activities & much more.
Campers can ride English or Western. This camp will finish off with a show at 3pm on Friday for the kids to showcase their work.
Cost: $525 + HST
2.5 Hour Private Camp
Times: 9:30am- 12pm OR 1:00pm- 3:30pm
Ages: All ages 6- 16
Summary: Offered daily, year round! Tailored to your group’s interests and experience level. Campers can expect one riding lesson and/or exploring the trails. Time is also spent around the ranch learning proper animal care, handling, and daily responsibilities.
Private camps are private to your group only, and must be booked with 2+ campers.
Cost: $95 + HST
4 Hour Private Camp
4 Hour Private Camp
Time: 9:00am- 1:00pm
Ages: Ages 6- 16
Meals: Please pack a lunch!
Summary: Tailored to your group’s interests and experience.
Campers can expect one riding lesson each day. Time is also spent around the ranch learning proper animal care, handling, and daily responsibilities in a fun and safe environment. Private camps are private to your group only, and must be booked with 2+ campers.
Cost: $135 + HST

What to Pack
- Long Pants to ride in
- Comfortable shoes
- Riding boots or boots with a 1/4" heel (if possible), winter boots required for winter camps
- Water Bottle
- Lunch & Snacks
- Rain Gear & coat / snow suit for winter camps
- Sunscreen / Bug Spray
- Hat
- Riding helmet if you have (helmets available at the ranch for no charge)
The day at Camp
- We will be outside for the majority of the day with short breaks out of the elements
- Campers will be split into multiple smaller groups based off age & experience
- We will spend the majority of the day with the horses & animals, doing everything from handling, saddling & horsemanship to chasing cows around!
- Campers will have a daily group riding lesson or trail ride, each day will build on the previous day.

Getting Here
Once you arrive at the ranch we will meet outside of the Saloon. This is a large barn with "Von Doeler's Ranch" above the doors. Parking is just in front of the Saloon Doors.
