Beginner & Intermediate Ropers
A progressive, four-week series designed to build confidence and skill — whether you’re just getting started or looking to improve your consistency.
Dates: June 9, 16, 23, 30
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
What to expect
We start with the fundamentals, roping the dummy on the ground and from stationary horses. From there, riders progress to roping the sled from horseback, with the opportunity to move onto live cattle in the second half of the month for those who are ready.
First-time ropers are welcome.

Fun & supportive, all levels welcome
A mix of obstacles and cross-country style elements, designed to challenge riders while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and encouraging. Choose your level — with or without jumps.

Walk/trot only with ground poles and beginner-friendly obstacles

Gate • Side pass • Natural fences or poles • Up bank • Pony express • Tarp • “Noodle pit”
