• We ride in all weather. In the event of a thunderstorm, rides will be postponed or begin with an indoor activity.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot, date, and time. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Waivers are required for all riders. Participants under 18 must have their waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian (waiver form available below).

• Helmets and boots are available complimentary at the ranch.

• Please dress in long pants, a boot with a small heel (if possible), and a comfortable shirt. It’s always a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

• Arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and preparation. We also recommend allowing an additional 30 minutes after your scheduled ride time, as rides often run a little longer than planned.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time depending on availability.

• For the safety and comfort of our horses, the rider weight limit is 250 lbs and 235 lbs for rider 2.5 hours or longer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• If you are looking for a last-minute booking, or if everything appears fully booked online, feel free to call — we may still have availability.

• We strive to keep groups private for your party, or pair riders in small groups of similar age and ability. While this cannot always be guaranteed, you can expect a personalized experience.
