Please find our policies, booking procedure and other important details below! Especially during this time space is limited and we are enforcing deposits and cancellation policies. We really appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Cabin Packages
- A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all cabin stays.
- Once dates are confirmed you are no longer able to change the date of your booking.
- In the event of the Ranch being forced to close (due to Covid), a positive Covid test of a guest, or border closure, we will offer a 1 year period to rebook your stay.
Trail Riding
- A $10 deposit for each rider is required to hold your spot.
- Deposits are non refundable (we ride rain, shine or snow).
- In the event the ranch must cancel due to extreme weather (lightning, or ice storm), we will either refund your deposit or offer a rebooking option. This is at the discretion of the ranch.
- Deposits can not be used for Guests that do not show up. If you book for 5 riders, and 2 do not show, there is still a $20 deposit held for those who did not ride. This is because those horses have been held and reserved for those riders.
