Sunday June 24th: We will all meet at the Ranch at 12pm to sign in, get your gear organized & meet the group. We are then going to head out on a 2-3 Hour Trail Ride at 1pm to the Talon Chutes, with an optional Rough N' Tough Ride. Enjoy an hour or two to relax before our Ranch Life Dinner & Cattle Sorting! Choose to call it an early night to rest for the long day ahead, or celebrate our Trip with us at the Bonfire!
This morning, choose to help bring the horses in, gather the eggs, do morning chores, or simply relax. We will then meet at 9am for a hearty breakfast before loading up the trailer & horses. It's a 50 minute drive, followed by an hour of prep and a 4-6 hour ride to camp (depending on our groups pace). We have an unbeatable camp spot, right on the water, with canoeing, fishing & a cookout over the open fire.
Enjoy a hot breakfast cooked over the fire this morning. You can help look after the horses or relax and enjoy your coffee. Today choose to stay at camp for a full day of canoeing, fishing and swimming or hit the trails without the Pack Horse for some extra riding. We will have multiple Wranglers, allowing us to split the group to suit everyones needs. We can do a short loop of 2 hours or a longer loop of 4 hours. Once back, we will have our final cookout & enjoy a big bonfire. Call it as early or late of a night as you'd like!
This morning, we pack up camp, saddle the horses and get ready to ride back to the trail head. It's a 4-6 hour ride again, where we can split up for a good canter for anyone who'd like to. Once at the trail head, we haul another 50 minutes back to the Ranch, where a home cooked dinner and drinks await. After dinner, we say farewell, or choose to ad a night a cabin if you'd like!
